All-in-All the book was in excellent condition but Iâm not happy that it was two hole punched and put together with elastics. I had to go out and buy two rings to keep it together makes hard to read
Was in great shape, and had the CD. Will buy from again

Book took 18 days to arrive. Never sent tracking information even after 2 attempts to contact seller. Have never had such problems ordering textbooks before with other sites. No resolution help Valore

They hide information for returning books and do not inform you. You will find out they have a "restocking fee" only after you pay for shipping to purchase and return. Highway robbery.
